Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Short version: we collect what you send us through our forms and booking link, plus standard analytics data. We use it to reply to you, improve the site and measure our ads. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
1. Who we are
Undercover Labs (“we”, “us”) is a D2C and e-commerce growth marketing agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, founded by Ajay Soni. This policy explains what personal data we collect through undercoverlabs.in (including our blog), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, brand name, website or Instagram handle, monthly ad spend, advertising platforms, how you heard about us, and any message you write. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time slot. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our analytics and advertising tools may collect basic technical data: pages viewed, time on page, the link or ad that brought you here, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as financial account details or government ID numbers.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we’re a good fit for your brand.
- To schedule and run intro calls you book with us.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To measure how well our advertising works and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
- To meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing email list unless you ask us to.
4. Consent
By submitting a form or booking a call, you consent to us using the information you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — this won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
5. Tools we use
We rely on a few trusted third-party services, which process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Formspree — receives and delivers website form submissions to us.
- Calendly — handles call bookings.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to chat with us there.
- Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measures ad performance and builds ad audiences.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session recordings to improve usability.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Workspace / email provider — for our email correspondence with you.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is made in line with applicable Indian law.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). The site works without them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement plus any period required for legal or tax purposes. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data is kept according to each tool’s retention settings.
8. How we protect it
Data is stored only with reputable providers that use encryption and access controls, and access on our side is limited to the people who need it to work on your enquiry. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it’s used;
- correct or update it;
- delete it (unless we need to keep it for legal reasons);
- stop using it, by withdrawing consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Email hello@undercoverlabs.in and we’ll respond within 30 days.
10. Children
This site is meant for business owners and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Contact and grievances
For any question, request or complaint about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer:

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
